Although Musclecarlit.com is making its debut on the Worldwide Web; that doesn't mean that we're neophyte in the auto literature business. In fact, we've been dealing for almost 15 years and served thousands of happy collectors worldwide to this day. We do not sell junk from estate sales or things that we've found in relative's attics. Our refund/return policy is quite simple. If Musclecarlit has shipped the wrong products, they are not as described or if they are damaged, shipping fees and hazards to return the items to you will be at Musclecarlit's expanse. But you must make sure to use Postal services that do cover loss and damage hazards to return the products. See our shipping rates

Once the package is returned to us for inspection of the defect, a replacement item (if it is available) will be sent to you at our expense or a credit will be issued to your account minus shipping fees.

If you have decided you are unsatisfied with an item for any other reason, you can return it for a refund providing that you meet these guidelines:

You have not had the item more than 30 days from the original date of receipt.

The item is in the same condition that it was sent and packaging is still intact. If we can't put it back for sale as-is, then it is not in same condition it was sent.

Please Note: Shipping charges to and from Musclecarlit are non-refundable in this instance. Original invoice and authorisation number are required with the product. Refunds may be subject to a 15% restocking fee if the item is as-presented and described, and you simply decide that you do not want the item.


Once the online payment is completed, we will ship the item within about 2 business days. Business days do not include weekends nor holidays. Then, it's simply up to the Postal Service; but we've found that 5-7 business days to Canada; 10 ? 20 business days to a US address and 14-21 days to an International destination are usually the standards.
